Please find below our guidelines for submitting photos and movies to Your Pics Live:

Firstly we don't publish men only images, sorry. There are many great websites out there that do.

Any pornographic images involving children or anything else illegal will be turned over to the authorities. We don't do that and actively fight against it, so don't send it to us.

Please do not send us any copyrighted material. Any images or movies, which can be proved to be the copyright of any other third party will be removed immediately.

The photos and movies that you send to us should: A. Belong to you or someone who has given you their permission to send them. B. Contain models who are at least 18 years old or older. C. images should be in .jpg format and movies in .avi or .mpeg format only.

Please try and send us your images in their original file size. We will reduce them to the size we need, without loosing any photo quality. If you think that the files are too large, please zip them before sending them to us.

If you don't want any features shown, please state it in your email and we will blank them out for you.

The website is divided into age categories. Please state which age category you would like your pics placed in. Lie if you like!! Pics submitted without an age category selected will be placed in the category WE feel they belongs to, so please don't be offended if we get it wrong!!

If you would like to have your own gallery with a link to your website, please send us a minimum of 12 pics for each gallery (no writing or URL on the pictures, please),your website address/email and any comments you would like published.The age category you would like Your Pics to appear in. A link from your website to www.yourpicslive.com would be appreciated, but is not mandatory.

AOL have problems sending some image files, so please zip any images if you are an AOL user.

We don't guarantee to publish any of the images that you send to us. By sending us your pics you agree to the following declaration:

DECLARATION

I hereby certify that the images and movies I send to Your Pics Live belong to me or I have the permission of the owner to send them. All models in the movies and/or images were 18 years old or older at the time the movies and/or images were taken. The webmaster and staff of Your Pics Live are not responsible for any content of the movies and/or images that I have submitted. I freely give the webmaster and staff of Your Pics Live the right to use any of the content I have submitted in any way they see fit. I confirm that there is no copyright on any of the images and/or movies I have submitted that belong to another person. I indemnify the Webmaster and staff of Your Pics Live against any court or legal action which may arise from images and/or movies I have submitted.
